I signed up for a vegetarian cooking class through the city of temecula. I believe you were scheduled to teach it but now it says “cancelled” when I go to the class info. page. Do you do your own cooking classes somewhere else? My daughter and I were looking forward to the class and I’d still like to do it even if it is somewhere else.

I participated in your Gluten-free cooking class on 2/27. It was a pleasure to apply new and different ingredients into the foods we prepared – simple recipes with blended aromas that taste great. The ginger and coconut milk in the Red Lentil Soup is wonderful!

Celine, we enjoyed the brunch/breakfast – Farmer’s Mkt cooking class. We had such fun and the group that signed up were great and very friendly. We made scones the next morning – using an online recipe I found – not as good as yours! And we went back to the spice store and bought the ingredients to make Chai tea. I didn’t have the recipe yet so tried to go by memory – close but not as good. I was happy to see the recipes in my inbox yesterday. The last class – the Italian workshop has us still making our own pasta which we had again last evening. Great classes and can’t wait for more!
