Every step is well explained and are easy to follow \nOne adult per child assisting in the kitchen under instructor’s Virtual supervision and guidance. \n  \nMenu class # 1: 9/3/20  Italian bruschetta and mini frittata \nIngredients \n10-15  small bruschetta \n\n5 small tomatoes\n6-7 fresh basil\nolive oil\nsalt\n1 ciabatta bread or any Artisan bread \, whole entire bread or sliced\n10 ounces mozzarella cheese grated or whole\n2-3 garlic cloves\n\n  \n  \nEquipment \n  \nCutting board \nKnife \nBowls \nBaking dish – sheet \nPastry brush \n  \nmini frittata (vegetarian or with ham) – yield 6 \nIngredients \n\nGrated or shredded mozzarella or Swiss cheese or whatever cheese you have\n4-6 ham or turkey slices shredded\nOr if vegetarian : cherry tomatoes + fresh basil\n1 /2 Tbsp olive Oil\nSalt\nPepper\n5 eggs\n1 Tbsp milk or water\n\nmuffin pan  ( we use only half of the muffin pan) \nsmall/medium bowls \nwisk
