Students become a pastry chef and learn to make yummy goodies and bake their favorite desserts such as muffins, berry scones, chocolate croissants, Italian summer fruit crostada, and other goodies. All desserts are made from scratch using several baking techniques. All levels are welcome. Note: A material fee of $10 is due and payable to the instructor at the first class meeting.
