A New City, a New Chapter, and the Same Passion for Cooking!

I’m excited to share some wonderful news with you! After 18 years of teaching cooking and baking classes to children and families throughout Southern California, I’m delighted to bring Celine’s Cuisine to Lake Elsinore, California!

Since starting my cooking classes in 2008, I’ve had the pleasure of teaching in Murrieta, Temecula, Riverside, Jurupa Valley, San Marcos, and Escondido. Over the years, I’ve watched countless young chefs discover the joy of cooking, learn new skills, and gain confidence in the kitchen. Every class has been an opportunity to share my love of homemade food and inspire the next generation of cooks.

Now, I’m thrilled to begin this new chapter at the Lake Elsinore Community Center!

Learning to Cook, One Recipe at a Time

At Celine’s Cuisine, cooking is about much more than following a recipe. It’s about discovering new flavors, learning practical kitchen skills, exploring ingredients, and having fun along the way.

My classes are designed to give children hands-on experience in a welcoming environment where they can learn, experiment, and be proud of what they create. From savory dishes to delicious baked treats, every class offers something new to discover.

As a certified nutritionist and wellness coach, I also believe in the value of preparing food from scratch and understanding what goes into the meals we eat.

18 Years of Cooking, Learning, and Sharing

What began with a small cooking class in Murrieta has grown into a wonderful journey across multiple cities, introducing hundreds of children to the pleasures of cooking and baking.

I’m grateful to all the families, students, and community recreation departments who have supported Celine’s Cuisine throughout the years. Your enthusiasm has helped make this journey so rewarding.

I can’t wait to meet the families of Lake Elsinore and welcome a new generation of young chefs into my classes!

On the menu: Mini lasagnas, Swedish cinnamon rolls, cheese twists & warm pizookies with ice cream.

Build confidence while practicing kitchen safety, teamwork and beginner cooking skills.

FRENCH ONION SOUP & CHEESY TOASTED CROUTONS

November 6, 2026

7:00 PM – 9:00 PM • One class Learn to caramelize onions, build rich flavor and prepare a classic French comfort dish.
