Yes! Your kids  (6-15 yrs) can participate to these fun, creative and delicious baking-cooking camp : STARTING JUNE 5 UNTIL AUGUST 24, 2017 (all levels are welcome )

 

Exciting to announce that all along summer, I will conduct a myriad of Culinary & Baking camps for kids all over Temecula Valley and in Riverside.

Some old themes camps are featured ( French Pastries, All around the world, JR master chef, Cupcake wars) and new ones ( chocolate lovers, frozen treats, miniature pastries) !!!

Below is the list and details of all my camps from June 5 to August 24, 2017.

I suggest that you register ASAP, since some camps have been popular and fill out fast.

Also if you live between two cities nearby and if you have the option to drive to another location is a good solution keeping in mind that in case the camp your child wants to participate is sold out or you are away during the date for one camp so you can register for the same camp or similar in a different city only 30 minutes away.

Are you a Master Chef or do you want to learn how to be one? Show off your skills and learn new techniques in what is sure to be the highlight of your summer break! We’ll have mystery baskets, team challenges, and taste tests as we create culinary treats that are both savory and sweet. We will use real ingredients that are not processed or from a box. This is a hands-on cooking class. Kids need to be able to be independent in the kitchen. At the end of each class, kids will eat their creations.
NOTE: Please wear closed toe shoes, tie back long hair, and bring a water bottle each day to camp.

 

 

CUPCAKE WARS

Cupcakes are all the rage- they are pretty and delicious! We’ll spend the first three days on cupcake basics which include: measuring, mixing, baking, and frosting. Then we will finish the week with a baking battle. Two teams will face off with one another to compete for the title of “Best Cupcake!” May the best cupcake win! Camps are designed specifically for kids who want to have fun in the kitchen and be creative. They’ll learn about the wonderful world of baking and techniques needed to make some of their favorite sweet treats. They will use real ingredients that are not processed or from a box! At the end of each class, kids will eat their creations

 

FRENCH PASTRIES
