This camp teaches a number of cooking methods like sautéing, chopping, and cooking from scratch. Camps will have an international theme that will include the geography/region of the food they prepare and even a little of the spoken language. Students will eat what they prepare each day. Cooking diploma and all recipes also included. Each camp is unique with a different menu, so take one or take them all! Menu Sample: Pajun (Korean green onion pancake), spring rolls, sweet and sour sauce, sushi, homemade pasta, Italian grissini breadstick and much more!

We will use real ingredients that are not processed or from a box! At the end of each class, kids will eat their creations. This is a hands-on cooking class.

They’ll learn all about the wonderful world of baking and techniques needed to make some of their favorite sweet treats. They will use real ingredients that are not processed or from a box! At the end of each class, kids will eat their creations. At the end of the camp, kids will receive a baking diploma and copies of all the recipes they made. All levels are welcome in this hands-on cooking class. Menu Sample: Napoleon, profiteroles cream puff with vanilla ice cream and chocolate sauce, individual mini chocolate tart, summer berry pie and much more!
