All my hands-on Cooking Classes will resume end of August.

For the last months I have been priviledged conducting great cooking classes in Murrieta and Temecula Community Centers. I met wonderful, “extraordinaire”, interesting people/ students who have been supporting actively my cooking classes, returning to several of my classes with friends or family. Thank you all.

The Italian Cooking class in Temecula has been a huge hit, all classes were sold out ( overbooked!), it was fun making pasta and pizza dough from scratch. For those who joined the Viva Italia class you will be able to join Viva Italia # 2….again another fantastic cooking class to attend!

For the new season new classes will be added at Murrieta and Temecula, CA Community Centers, I am working on it now, before I am leaving for a long and fabulous Summer in the French Basque Country in my family. I will cook extraordinary or very simple dishes, I will visit amazing Farmer’s Markets along the Atlantic coast or inland the Basque Country….
