This camp teaches a number of cooking methods like sautéing, chopping, and cooking from scratch. Camps will have an international theme that will include the geography/region of the food they prepare and even a little of the spoken language. Students will eat what they prepare each day. Cooking diploma and all recipes also included. Each camp is unique with a different menu, so take one or take them all! Menu Sample: Pajun (Korean green onion pancake), spring rolls, sweet and sour sauce, sushi, homemade pasta, Italian grissini breadstick and much more!
