• 1 onion, peeled and finely sliced
• 1 handful breadcrumbs or shredded stale bread
• 5 lbs fresh pork sausages meat
• 2 ready-made puff pastry sheets defrosted
• Dried herbs mix
• 2 small garlic cloves pressed
• one yolk + water (egg wash)
• sesame seeds / optional
• Flour
• Salt
• pepper
