Chouquettes ( crispy cream puff with pearl sugar)
About 15 Puffs

  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 6 Tbsp unsalted butter, cut into small chunks
  • 1 cup flour
  • 3 medium eggs, at room temperature
  • Pearl sugar ( on line)

Vanilla ice cream

Chocolate sauce fudge ….: chocolate,cream, honey

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper .
  2. small saucepan,
  3. Using two spoons or piping bags
