Ingredients to get/ buy before the class

all-purpose flour , 12 eggs, butter, salt, milk.

Savory filling Crepes : grated cheese, ham or turkey or chicken slices, cooked bacon, cooked mushroom, cooked spinach…

Sweet Crepes : Nutella, Strawberries, whipp cream , orange or lemon juices, sugar

Material needed : bowls, plastic wrap, large pot with lid, strainer, saucepan, wisk, wooden spoon, non stick pan, cutting boards, knifes, large, medium , small size of bowls, spatula
