• ½ cup White Wine
• 1 cup Chicken Stock
• 6 Thin Half Moon Slices of Lemon
• 3 Tbsp Olive Oil
• 5 Tbsp Unsalted Butter, divided
• 2 Tbsp Capers
• 3 Tbsp Fresh Chopped Parsley
• All Purpose Flour, for dredging
• 1 Medium Shallot, chopped
• 2 Cloves Garlic, chopped
• Salt and Pepper to taste

• 1 bunch fresh spinach
• 1 package mushroom white or cremini
• Heavy cream
• Fresh garlic
• Fresh parsley
