During this fun and interactive cooking class participants will discover a new country and some easy cooking that they will be proud to share with their family. Skills : measurement, mixing, chopping soft fruits or veggies, cleaning, eggs to crack… Adult supervision is requested when using oven and if participant is not independent in the kitchen
Mini quiche with bread crust & ham and cheese crescent
Minimum / maximum minimum 4/ maximum 15
4 eggs, 6 Cooked ham slices, salt, pepper, grated cheese any cheese you like, 6 sandwich bread slices, olive oil, package of crescent dough ( fridge section)
Material needed : cutting board, plastic or butter knife, bowls, Wisk, parchment paper, baking sheet, muffin pan, rolling pin, pastry brush or paper towel
