During this fun and interactive cooking class participants will discover how to make and create their own food. they will be proud to share with their family. Skills : measurement, mixing, chopping soft fruits or veggies, cleaning, eggs to crack… Adult supervision is requested when using oven and if participant is not independent in the kitchen

Meatballs and  semi  homemade tomato sauce Garlic and herbs rolls

Ingredients 1 . 5 cup ground turkey, 2 bread slices ( any bread), 3 clove garlic,  1 bunch fresh herbs ( basil, parsley…), 1 egg, salt, pepper,  1,  6 oz whole or diced  tomatoes canned, ½ onion, butter

Material needed : cutting board, plastic or butter knife, bowls, Wisk, parchment paper, baking dish (2), bowls, wooden spoon, spatula
