SUMMER DESSERT : Peach cobbler

Everyone has their favorite summer dessert! No doubt peach cobbler is one of them. When was the last time you indulged into this goey decadent sweet summer dessert.

During this class I will teach you an easy way to make it from scratch with fresh peaches.

Peach cobbler

• 3 lbs fresh peaches
• 1lemon zested + juiced
• 1 tbsp cornsctach
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1/3 cup sugar
• 2 cups flour
• 1 Tbsp Baking powder
• 1 tsp sea salt
• ½ cup unsalted butter
• 1 cup half half or heavy cream mixed with milk
