Less acidic More Alkaline Diet- how to

The idea behind the alkaline diet is that the foods you eat can change your body’s pH, which can then provide certain health benefits.

The measure of pH tells you how acidic or alkaline something is, ranging from zero to 14. A pH of zero means something is extremely acidic, while a pH of 14 means something is very alkaline. Anything with a pH of 7 is neutral.

Your body’s pH is 7.36, which is a little alkaline. The new and trendy alkaline diet is based on making daily better food choices in order for your body to reach and maintain a balanced pH level so your body can function at its best.

When you eat, your body burns food and turns it into energy.

Sadly, many of the foods we love and crave are very acidic and  they are leaving you tired with a lowered immune function. So choosing and embracing an Akaline diet is the key to maximum health. This is great news!
