Quinoa lentils tabbouleh bowl ( super easy and fast)- new easy to make meal serie

Life can be complicated, crazy and overwhelming. But your meals should not.
This is why I have decided to share with you some of my super easy dishes. You do not need to be a super chef, you do not need tons of ingredients and you do not need too much time…. so are you ready?

QUINOA LENTILS TABBOULEH BOWL

1 cup rinsed and sorted green lentils
1 coup rinsed white organic quinoa
sumaac spice
Greek yogurt
olive oil
salt
pepper
fresh mint and parsley chopped
1 small cooked beet diced

Cook separately lentils and quinoa until soft but still al dente.
Rinse and keep aside.
In a bowl place lentils and quinoa, add salt and pepper.
Gently mix it.
Add beetthen fresh herbs, olive oil and mix it.
Top with a spoon of Greek yogurt, sumaac spice, and some olive oil.
Add some salt and pepper if needed.
Enjoy.

NB delicious still warm or cold.
