LOW CARB BREAKFAST COOKED IN A PAN FOR 1!

Need an easy recipe for a very healthy breakfast that will fill you up for hours?

This dish is a great low carb breakfast, the kind of breakfast that keeps you full until lunch or even later. Perfect for those who want to lose some pounds.

It is cooked on an iron-pan: super easy, super nutritious, super healthy and super delicious.

Low carb breakfast for one

  • 2 free range eggs
  • 1 small bunch of Italian kale
  • greens leaves  from 4 beets
  • 1 Tbsp crushed halzenut
  • 3 small garlic cloves
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • Espelette Pepper
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1/3 cup organic garbanzo beans

 

  1. In a pan add olive oil.
  2. When hot add the greens leaves and saute for a few minutes.
  3. Add the garlic , hazelnut, stir. Add 1 tsp water. ( it may splash be careful
  4. Then add the garbanzo beans and pepper. Saute-cook for a 6-8 minutes.
  5. With a spoon push on the side the green leaves an crack 2 eggs. Cook until eggs are the way you like.
  6. Before eating cut avocado and place on the top of your dish.

Voila.

 

Serve immediately.
