Rotisserie chicken avocado Salad

This is the time of the year you want to restrict yourself a little in order to enjoy all yummy Holidays food and drinks coming up!
So being lighter is my goal.
I started yesterday by drinking a lot of water and herb teas and had no lunch. Then had a butternut squash and sweet potato coconut soup with some chicken on the side for dinner.
For today breakfast I made a beet/grapefruit/ginger/ carrot fresh juice.
For lunch wanted something more constistent and decided to have some chicken with avocado. Then checking my pantry and fridge I discovered some trail mix, lemon, sumac spices, labneh yogurt, fresh mint and cilantro herbs, no salt was used.
Another Very nice, simple, tasty winter salad.

Rotisserie chicken avocado salad

1 ripe avocado
4 oz rotisserie chicken shredded
1 tsp lemon juice
sumac spice
1 Tbsp trail mix
some fresh cilantro and mint herb

In bowl smash the avocado, sprinkle some lemon, add the chicken, the trail mix, then top with yogurt, sumac and herb splash more lemon juice for taste.
